clean room excellent location

The room was nice and neat. The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many points of interest in the town. Breakfast had great choices. The staff were friendly and helpful!

The room needed a bit of updating, especially in the bathroom. I noticed a few areas that could use some paint. It would also have been helpful to have coffee pods readily available in the room. I had to ask for them.

The service was lacking. My email describing issues received no response. there was also excessive noise from an adjacent room because the walls seemed very thin. the condition of the toilet was unacceptable. It was faulty

charming stay!

I was so happy with the room. It was quite spacious and very clean. the double or twin room private bathroom came equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle with tea options. i also found ghd straighteners and a hairdryer in the room, a nice touch. breakfast included the traditional scottish breakfast. It was so tasty.

a minor thing, i noticed some noise early in the morning, maybe from the kitchen area. this did wake me up earlier than i planned to. i would still return.

The rooms had ample space and maintained a very clean environment. Breakfast included several menu options. I especially enjoyed the yogurt, granola, and fruit. It was delicious, a great way to start the day.

The underfloor heating operation seemed a little mysterious, but staff helped as best as they could.

Decent stay with some drawbacks

friendly staff good breakfast central position dirty stairs noisy location hot room

the staff was very good and friendly. the breakfast was also very good. i appreciated the excellent central position of the hotel. it made getting around very easy.

the back stairs to the rooms are dirty and very steep. i found the location very noisy due to motorbike racing during the night. the duvet was a winter one and the room was very hot, so i was uncomfortable.

My room was spacious and light. the bathroom was very clean, something i really noticed. breakfast was fabulous. Such a treat to wake up to.

The stairs to the rooms were rather steep. A minor inconvenience, admittedly.
